JOB
PURPOSE
1. Responsible
for the brand and profile development of the hotel by implementing and
overseeing advertising activity, promotions, events, sponsorship, publicity
strategies and -media relationships.
2. Ensure
the image of the hotel in all activities adheres to worldwide brand standards.
KEY
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist any task
assign by Sales & Marketing Director.
- Handle Social Media Solution project, which include
but not limited to updating website and replying to comments.
- Prepare contracts and admin report related to
Marketing and Communications Department.
- Ensure best opportunities for media coverage are
taken and achieve media impression goals as outlined in annual goal
setting.
- Coordinate and support all promotional
activities and other events.
- Assist to generate free publicity for the hotel in
appropriate media, including initiating and organizing media familiarizations.
- Monitor and ensure complete awareness of competitor
activities.
- Create, secure and manage special promotional events
for the hotel.
9. Communicate internally to hotel staff ongoing
advertising campaigns, direct mail and publicity activities.
