(Senior) Offer Operations– Macau Branch (Ref: MAC/SO/CW)

(Working location is in Macau)

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle loan processing according to relevant operation manual and procedures.

·         Handle FX (including structured products) / MM settlement transaction according to relevant operation manual and procedures.

·         Ensure the account opening documents are in order and comply with the requirement before creating customer relationship in the System.

·         Handle deposit in and out transactions, loan drawdown and Treasury Settlement related transactions.

·         Attend customers’ inquiries and provide professional advice and information as required.

·         Prepare reports as required by management and government/regulatory authorities.

·         Reconcile the daily balance with the general ledger to ensure its correctness.

Requirements:

·         Secondary education or above.

·         Full knowledge in carrying out the account opening process to meet local regulatory requirement

·         Knowledge in handling loan and mortgage processing in accordance with Macau Legal System and treasury settlement is an advantage.

·         Knowledge in FATCA legislation is an advantage.

·         Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
