Responsibilities:

• Provide customer services and administrative support in the Service Department
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Support frontline team
•  Assist on the promotion scheme, campaign and special events
• Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the reception

Requirements:

• High School or above
• With 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred
• Experience in motor services is an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Presentable and customer oriented
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
