RESPONSIBILITIES

• Well groomed and presentable outfit
• Providing exceptional and professional customer service to customer
• Able to present company’s products and shop’s promotion
• Follow all the policies, procedures and processes of the company.
• Responsible for shop adherence to company retail operating and security procedures
• Work as a team player and develop a friendly and positive relationship with the team
• Represent the brand image by handling well the shop visual needs and initiatives. Ensures space is kept in line with visual direction

QUALIFCATION

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience, luxury retail preferred
• Knowledgeable in fashion and accessories
• Matured, responsible, and professional
• Excellent self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
