Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services and administrative support in
the Service Department
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Support frontline team
- Assist on the promotion scheme, campaign and special
events
- Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the
reception
Requirements:
- High School or above
- With 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred
- Experience in motor services is an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and
Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese
Word Processing
- Presentable and customer oriented
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal
skills
