Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operation of the stores and solve unresolved operational issues
2. Provide leadership to current sales team, achieve sales target & profit margin to meet business objectives
3. Monitor the inventory and the merchandising variety among the stores and work with Merchandising Department to optimize the effectiveness of the stores
4. Follow VM standard and remind the best display of the shop
5. Monitor sales team performance
6. Conduct training to ensure proper training of sales staff and excellent customer service
7. Manage recruitment and career development of the team in Macau

Requirements

• At least 5 years or above retail experience preferably in footwear products
• With at least 3 years experience in supervisory and management of multiple stores/ flagship shops
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• A good team player with good leadership skill
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua & English
• Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Independent, mature, responsible with positive and proactive attitude
