A luxury jewelry brand is now looking for a Store Manager for their newly opened boutique in Macao. With extreme passionate in the growth and development in business, the Store Leader in charge of developing, growing and overseeing the sales, marketing trending recognition, human resources, merchandising, providing professional customer service and inventory control.

Requirement:

l   With at least 5 years experience in luxury retail industry (including 2-3 years of management experience)

l   Experience or knowledge of jewelry is preferable

l   Retail operations knowledge including expenses control and store profit & loss statement

l   Proficient in sourcing and making connections with trend makers

l   Demonstrate good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

l   A good team player and strong leadership skill

l   Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

l   Advanced computer skill in MS office, experience or knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage

l   Independent, mature, self-motivated, optimistic and target oriental
