Responsibilities:
· Coordinate any matters related to leasing process, such as pre-site / exhibition centre show round or meeting preparation works.
· Set-up and maintain proper and accurate upkeep of documents, contracts, files, plans, drawing, schedules, reports, etc, that are easy for reference, follow-throughs and retrieval
· Assist in preparation of related leasing, lease administration and mall management documents
· Maintain scheduling and confirm appointments with clients, retailers, agents and internal colleagues.
· Prepare pre-meeting notes (e.g background search of company / brand or matters to be followed-through from last meeting, premise handover checklist, etc) and keep post meeting notes / minutes.
· Track matters to be follow-through for leasing, submission, fitout, lease administration, fee collections etc.
· Handle retailers’ enquiries and complaints effectively & efficiently
· Maintain good relations with retailers and consultants
· Coordinate with internal department (eg. PR team / marketing and promotions team / projects team / engineering team) on activities that involving retail centre
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma holder
· Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
· Minimum 2 years post-qualification administrative experience, especially in leasing or retail property management
