Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts and other daily operations independently;
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports;
- Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls;
- Communicate with internal departments.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educational background in Accounting;
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experiences preferably in property management;
- Mature, responsible, detail mined, independent and able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Flexsystems;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Accountant".
