Our client is a notable company in their industry
and is looking for a Marketing Assistant (Events and Conferences) for their

Job Responsibilities
- To provide support in execution of marketing programs
- Coordinate with PR agency to develop press release and follow up PR
event logistics
- Actively plan and execute marketing strategy through digital medium such
as Website, Facebook, SEM, Seeding and other on-line tools to help maximize
positive viral effects for the brands.
- Actively plan and execute membership loyalty programs such as incentive
scheme, regular newsletter, members-get-members, database maintenance to secure
a group of brand lovers and attract more new users to become brand advocates.
- To assist in launch of new products
- Collect ad hoc market intelligence and competitors activities
- Assist in exhibition logistics management from planning to
implementation stages including budgeting, promotion, booth design, display
content development and output, onsite survey and post event report
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma holder in
Marketing or Events management or any business field
- 2 - 4 years or above
relevant working experience in a multinational environment
- Good English and Fluent
Mandarin are highly preferred
- Work Accuracy
- Willingness to take initiative
- Eager to learn
- Good Word and Excel
- Team player and able to
work under pressure
- Immediately available or
short notice preferred
