Title: Recruiter (6 months project) - Experienced Candidate Only!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of recruiting strategies & process
- Work with all line managers to understand internal needs so as to recruit the right talents
- Provide staffing expertise & recommendations
- Be hands-on in understanding the needs of the business and guiding sourcing strategies
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholder to coach and influence them in employer/employee branding, assessment and selection technique, as well as the overall recruitment process
- Be accountable for the success of key recruitment outcomes

Ideal Candidate:
- Must have recruitment experience in previous job
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment where priorities change quickly
- Conversant to behavioral interviewing, direct & internet sourcing
- Able to manage recruitment campaigns, applicant tracking system & various staff models
- High levels of motivation, adaptability and pro-activity
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Must work with confidential and sensitive information and situations confidently
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese / Mandarin
