職位要求:

Job Duties,
Directs, controls and supervises the entire casino operation including ancillary departments. To assist the Group President to achieve and maintain efficiency of gaming operations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
1.Maintain and uphold the integrity of the casino games.
2.Implement and maintain a healthy, organized and highly motivated team for effective and efficient casino operations performance.
3.Formulates marketing programs and plans of action of casino operations in order to optimize revenue.
4.Reviews, analyzes and evaluates gaming table performance.
5.Ensures that gaming operations personnel adhere to the established rules, company policies and procedures.
6.Ensures the quality and efficient service is extended to casino patrons in accordance with the established rules, company policies and procedures, and government regulations.
7.Promotes excellent customer service.
8.Provides a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
9.Effects immediate changes internally when deemed necessary, subject to management review. 10.Implements contingency plans in case of emergencies to ensure the security and safety of customers & staff.
11.Performance of other duties when assigned.

Knowledge & Requirements:
1.Thorough knowledge of all live games.
2.Minimum 10 years Table Games experience, with which minimum 6 years Table Games Management Experience.
3.College degree in gaming & hospitality preferred.
4.Honest & fair, strong leadership.
5.Diplomatic, tactful, calm, confident and attentive.
6.Strong knowledge in table games and Macau rules & regulations in gaming business.
7.Fluent speaking and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), Able to communicate in English preferred.
8.Excellent communication skills, can communicate with different levels of people.
