Our client is an well established catering company in Hong Kong with over 20 establishments in Macau and Hong Kong and their presence in Asia is continuing to expand rapidly. Now they are looking for Restaurant Manager (Japanese Cuisine) to assist their management of their new project. Successful candidate will be station in Macau. The role is challenging and excellent salary package is on offer.
The Role
Lead the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to customers
Train and develop an effective team
Assist Operating Manager on day-to-day tasks and duties from budget control to staff training
Liaise with external suppliers and vendors and inventory control
Requirement
- Education level of Form 5 or above
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations of which 3 years at managerial level
- Self-motivated as well as challenge-taking characters especially in people development
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
- Working Location: Macau
