A GOOD CHANCE TO DEVELOP YOURSELF New Yaohan is a leading in retail business in Macau. To further grow our business, we are urgently looking for a high caliber professional to take up the following position. RETAIL OPERATION OFFICER / BUYER (Stationed in Macau)
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Fashion Retailing or other disciplines
- About 3 years' sales operation or retail buying experience, with fashion items, luxury brand is preferred
- Strong numerical sense, analytical mind, organization and negotiation skill
- Customer-oriented and supervising experience - Independent and self-motivated
- Initiative and be a team members at good problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin; spoken Cantonese is a MUST - Stationed in Macau
- Shift work is required as below:
A) 10:00-19:00; B) 13:10-22:10
Responsibilities:
- To assist in handling coordination and negotiation with vendors in relation to business terms, setting up stores/counters, ordering, delivery and promotion etc.
- To make contributions to store layout plan and brand/merchandise mix for new retail projects
- To assist in substain of store/brand image
- To monitor daily store operation, functional and promotional activities
- To supervise frontline staff members are well trained with product knowledge and monitor staff job performance
- To prepare for annual buying budget
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Operation Officer or Assistant Buyer
