For our team in Hong Kong we are looking for a

Training Manager

Your responsibilities
- Identify and assess the training needs of all level of employees through the performance management system
- Develop and deliver product training programs by defining the company training framework in line with business direction
- Translate product information (range from measuring systems, drilling systems, anchoring systems to firestop systems) into training materials to ensure the possession of solid product & technical knowledge
- Manage and review training programs catered for future talent pool in order to attract, retain and motivate talents
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Your profile
- Minimum 8 years working experience in the Sales or Marketing function
- Minimum 2 years at supervisory level, previous exposure in construction related products is a must
- In-depth knowledge and expertise of construction materials and systems; especially in electrical power tools and anchoring systems
- Highly proficient in English and Chinese (written & spoken), Mandarin is a plus
- Computer savvy - MS Office including Chinese word processing is a must
- Strong communication with good understanding of company culture and strong facilitation skills
- Team player with strong customer orientation
