Our client is a well- reputable construction company in Macau. They specialize in large scale of hotel building projects and it has been consistently growing and have an impressive pipeline of projects in Macau. Currently, the company is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with experience in managing the hotel building projects.

As a Project Manager, you will take a lead role in preparing and reviewing project programs and schedules; overseeing all on-site observations and inspections; you will ensure each project is being delivered to schedule and of suitable quality.

The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role will have tertiary qualification in building studies, construction management , civil engineering or similar. You will have at least 8 years of fit-out or related experience with strong track record in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. You must be a team player, and a proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams. To be considered for the role you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, and you must be able to multi-task at a fast pace with various projects simultaneously.
