· Collect and report F&B counter revenue. Handle cash, cheque, credit card and complimentary transactions at the F&B Cashier station.
· Processing transactions of customers on a computerized POS register.
· Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
· Ensure sufficient cash level.
· Ensure accuracy in exchange and counting.
· Maintain follow-up log for communication between Cashiers.
· Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
· Attend regular department meeting.
