Job Description

- Assist the Branch Manager to run and operate the business of Macau properly with the following key roles and responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Customer Services & Maintenance
- Asset & Liability Committee Coordination
- Serves as Unit Operational Risk Manager if necessary
- Serves as AML/CFT Compliance Officer if necessary
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Branch operations of wholesale banking services including Cash Management, Trade Services,   Loans & Foreign Exchanges etc.
- Banking returns and MIS Reports
- Internal and External customer inquiries
- Account opening, transactions processing/monitoring, document filing etc.

Qualifications & Skills

- University graduate
- Relevant years of Banking experience at managerial level
- Banking experience in compliance, cash management and branch administration is an advantage
- Effective communication and management skills
- Independent, well-organized with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- MS office skills like word, excel and powerpoint
