The aim of Senior Sales Associate/Sales Associate

To maximize sales and provide excellent customer service while adhering to all company standards, policies and procedures. Representing the Jack Wills Brand to the highest standards in all daily activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Sales

• To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.

• To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer’s attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities.

• Any other tasks as outlined by the store management team which are necessary to the business demands.

  Customer Service and Selling

• To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.

• Ensure Mystery Shop measurements are hit.

• To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Jack Wills merchandise.

• To ensure all customers’ orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.

• Maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures.

• To take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the Jack Wills database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

• To resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store management.

  People

• To foster a team working attitude and be open to constructive feedback

• Ensure good communication is maintained.

  Visual Merchandising and Brand

• Ensure the integrity of the Brand by acting as a role model and ensuring all Brand and Visual Merchandising standards are met

• To enhance and maintain brand standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards

  Operations

• To follow Company procedures and processes to maintain the security of stock, customer records and cash handling.

• To attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required.

• To communicate all potential health & safety issues to the store manager and comply with Company safety and security policies.

• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to as outlined in the Operations Manual.

Loss Prevention and Inventory Control

• Ensure any Loss Prevention action plans are adhered to all loss prevention procedures at all times.

• Ensure accuracy of all cash and administrative functions to minimize company loss of profit.

• Ensure all stock control processes are adhered to in order to maintain accurate stock files

• Good command of English and Mandarin

  Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum 1 year of retail sales experience

• Passionate, highly motivated individuals with a great customer service attitude

• Good command of English, Mandarin

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Associate
