Tasks and
Responsibilities:
- To develop and motivate the team in order to deliver Brand
objectives, operational excellence, maximize sales and profit and to
consistently create a great shopping experience for all customers.
- Pro-actively recognize and take advantage of every commercial
opportunity in order to achieve sales targets
- Review store and
company business performance on a regular basis
- Create a Service oriented environment by implementing,
communicating and leading by example all Selling and Customer Service
techniques and training programs
- Ensure that Selling
and Customer Service measures such as Mystery Shop are hit
- Ultimate accountability for the employee life-cycle, including
candidate attraction, recruitment, training & development, performance
management, succession planning and retention
- Identify potential
development areas and opportunities within the teams’ performance, ensuring
they have the required skills and motivation to achieve their role
- Ensure all Visual Merchandising guidelines and initiatives are
implemented and maintained to the highest standard
- Ensure
all operational paperwork and process is completed in a timely and accurate
manner using the appropriate company tools
- Ensure all
policies and produces are adhered to as outlined in the Operations Manual
Requirements:
- Minimum
F.5 education or above
- Minimum
5-6 years of retail experience with a minimum of 2 years in-store management
experience preferably from branded apparel/fashion, lifestyle products or
accessories
- Fluent
English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Passionate,
presentable and self-motivated
