Responsibilities
- To provide telephone, email, onsite installation & technical support to internal & external customers
- To log, monitor and report on the progress of all support calls
- Perform technical trouble shooting for mobile email services (eg. Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Windows Push Mall & etc)
- Coordinate with related support teams and vendors for troubleshooting and case escalation
- Onsite work to customer’s site is required occasionally
- Perform mobile email services evaluation and testing
- To plan and maintain internal VAS IP network.
- To work with vendors for new project development, testing, integration and acceptance.
- To provide emergency support for Value Added Services.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 1-2 years’ relevant work experience
- Proficiency in IT/email technologies with troubleshooting skills
- Competent in Microsoft Exchange
- Familiar with various email client such as MS Outlook / Outlook Express
- Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer services skills
- With experience on various computer OS operations (e.g. Windows, Linux and Solaris, etc.)
- Basic knowledge on database concept and SQL statements.
- IP networking knowledge is preferable and certification (e.g. CCNA) would be an advantage
