Thorn Lighting (Hong
Kong) Limited, a lighting industry leader, specializes in design and
distribution of an extensive range of lighting products in Hong Kong and Macau
for various project applications and is inviting qualified applicants for the following
position to cope with its business development.
SALES ASSISTANT
Major Responsibilities:
·
Handle routine administrative
work in the Macau branch office including
filing, answering phones calls, letter collections, mailings and etc.
·
To provide simple HR support to
the Macau branch office such as filing of
social security and taxes.
·
Support project sales teams in
handling customer’s enquiries and complaints
·
Follow through order processing
with internal departments
·
Work with international
transportation and warehouse service providers to resolve issue and ensure on
time delivery to customers
·
Co-ordinate with group
factories and external parties to ensure customers requirements are met
Requirements:
·
High School graduate
or above with at least 2 years working experience in international
supply chain and sales administration support
·
Fluent in written and spoken
English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
·
Knowledge in Accpac and SAP is
a plus
·
Proficient in computer
knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook
·
Mature, pleasant personality,
attentive to details, self-motivated, able to cope with pressure and willing to
work beyond office hours
·
Good solving problem and time
management skills
