職位要求:
Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Scope of the job
1.Process flow improvement and development between finance and operation.
2.Support month end closing with finance team, assist on month end reporting to finance manager and report to HK and regional offices.
3.Take the lead on setting and implementing internal controls procedures, report to the finance manager and financial controller.
4.Take the lead on warehouse or inventory control.
5.Assist on preparing monthly/ quarterly forecast, full year budget.
6.Carry out costs analysis for operations for forecast and budget purposes.
7.Participation on field productivities analysis.
8.Taking the lead and acting as ACE (quality system) pilot.
9.Work with operations; take the lead for any flow improvement program.
Education and Skills Required
The incumbent should possess:-
1.Bachelor degree on accounting or computing science.
2.At least 3 years experience in Accounting field or related.
3.Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
4.Audit background is preferable.
5.Excellence computer knowledge of using Excel and Powerpoint (it is a must)
6.Has experience of participating the company operation workflows.
7.Preferably to have US company background.
