- Order processing, co-ordination with sales and customers to ensure on time and smooth deliveries
- Handle and prepare quotations, sales contracts etc
- Answering customer inquiries
- Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments with US and Asia offices
Requirements:
- University Graduate / Higher Diploma holder in Business discipline is preferred
- Computer literacy(MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese word processing)
- Minimum 1-2years relevant working experience
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible, customer-oriented and well-organized
- Good command of spoken ans written in both English and Chinese
