Company: Our client is one of the world's best brand name in the world in running resorts and hotel. They are currently having a joint venture with a gaming operator in Cotai Strip and is keen to look for a Human Resources Manager to take care of the specific role: Recruitment at all levels of staff for this new hotel.
Responsibilities:
Setting up strategies and planning for the hotel
Setting up its own department goal and team structure that allow the launching of this service to all the user departments
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director of the Group
Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Over 8 years experience in human resources and at least 3 years in recruitment services for sizeable corporations
Strong network with various recruitment means, including media, agencies etc
Must be willing to station in Macao
Willing to travel overseas, especially China
