As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking for a professional to join our Macau office
Sales Manager (Specialty Fibers)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the specialty fibers sales activities
- Responsible for managing regional business activities, setting
goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives, and
optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales
targets, growth and market share
- Develop, manage and strengthen customer base/accounts
- Develop market and business intelligence; formulate & implement
strategies, programs and plans.
- Manage & lead regional teams
Requirements:
- Masters / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sciences,
Engineering from a reputable university with at least 5 years
relevant experience
- Strong leadership qualities with a minimum of 3 years Senior Sales
level experience with good exposure in regional or international
business
- Experience / knowledge of specialty fibers (i.e. Rayon) or wood-
related products is an added advantage
- Possess experience in managing large accounts in industrial selling
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Highly motivated by challenges, results driven, and able to think
out-of-the box
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic mindset and is hands-on
- Based in Macau
