Senior Business Development / Sales Manager
(Based in Macau)
Job Description:
-Responsible for management of regional business activities,
setting goals, development and delivery of strategic
objectives, and optimizing regional business opportunities to
achieve sales targets, growth and market share.
- Develop, manage and strengthen customer base/accounts.
- Develop market and business intelligence; formulate and
implement strategies, programs and plans.
- Manage & lead regional teams.
- Take lead in negotiation and make presentations to various
third parties.
Requirements:
- Master / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration,
Sciences, Engineering of a reputable university with 8 to 10 years
of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership qualities with a minimum of 5 years Senior
Sales level experience with good exposure in regional or
international business.
- Experience / knowledge of printing & writing, pulp and paper-
related products is an added advantage.
- Possess experience in managing large accounts in industrial
selling.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated by challenges, results driven, and able to
think out-of-the box.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset and is hands-on.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
