高級售貨員 Sales Executives

• 中學程度或以上 Secondary Education or above
• 最少2年工作經驗 Minimum 2 years of working experience
• 以酒店、餐飲或零售經驗優先 Experience in hotel, F&B or retail is preferred
• 友善、積極、主動、樂於服務他人 Pleasant, energetic, self-motivated, and service-oriented
• 具備良好的普通話、廣東話及基本英語 Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and basic English
• 能上夜班優先 can work in night shift is preferred

Job Description:

• Providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which products would best suit their needs
• Arranging merchandise in a way that will attract attention from potential customers
• Maintaining relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction with the company‘s services
• Interviewing potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to make appropriate recommendations
• Handling customer complaints regarding pricing or product quality issues
• Coordinating with other chain shops and regular stock tracking to ensure that products are available when requested by customers
• Providing customers with information about products and services offered by other chain shops
• Take stock check regularly to ensure the quantity and quality of the products
•  Any other ad hoc duties required by supervisor and manager
