職位描述 Job Description

• 提供優質，親切及友善的客戶服務
• 處理應收賬戶：收取、結算及記錄保單等相關收費工作
• 妥善收取保費，並向保單持有人、合資格付款人、代理人及經紀發出保單收據
• 處理付款（匯款/轉賬）及開發支票
• 維護出納檔案及記錄
• 執行交易對賬並確保每日準確收款
• 處理日常事務並對數據進行驗證
• 處理銀行入數和戶口管理
• 通知客戶領取支票、文件或跟進聯絡 
• Provide customer experience with friendly and courteous service
• Accounts receivable: Receive, settle, and record policy payments
• To properly collect premium and issue policy receipts to Policyholders / eligible payor, agents, and brokers
• Payment preparation (remittance/Transfer) and cheques issues
• Maintain proper files and records of Cashier
• Perform transaction reconciliation and check the accuracy of daily collection
• Process routine transactions and supports preliminary validation
• Bank deposit execution and control
• Provide notification to clients to pick up cheques/documents or ad hoc service calls

• 大學畢業
• 具會計知識優先
• 精通電腦文書操作 (Excel, Word)
• 卓越的客戶服務能力
• 工作細心
• 能同時兼顧多項工作
• 良好的中英文口語和書面表達能力 (有葡語基礎優先)
• 良好的團隊合作精神及積極的工作態度
• 具一至兩年銀行出納員或相關職位之經驗
• University graduate
• Accounting knowledge is required
• Computer literate (Excel, Word)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
• Good team player with positive working attitude
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working as a bank teller or similar position
