To cope with our rapid
growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:
Bar Manager
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing and
taking responsibility for the bar operations
- Ensure that high quality coffee is the result
and that all team members on the bar have mastered the art of coffee through
excellent product knowledge
- Ensure a positive and safe working environment
and are a positive leader in the business
- Co-ordinate with Operations Manager to drive the
business to commercial success
- Support your team in running a great shift and
coach as you go to ensure service standards are to Brand
- Ensuring that all team members are opening and closing
the business to the right standard. This is checked by ensuring all weekly
checklists are completed, trained on and available to the team.
- Ensuring that all drinks which come out of your
Bar are to spec and company standard
- Support your Operations Manager to count and manage stock results on a
weekly basis
- Support daily invoicing and transfers being
recorded correctly.
- Ensuring you are doing weekly orders on stock
correctly to ensure that your bar is always stocked to the right par levels
- Support your Operations Manager to ensure that your site is achieving
passing in its quarterly audits with Internal independent bodies and Government
bodies. All health and safety standards at site are compliant.
- Identify trending issues and support and train
your team to rectify any issues and achieve 5 stars
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Food &
Beverage management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’
management experience in bar operations and stock management
- Strong leadership,
team player and outgoing personality
- Excellent
communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Self-motivated,
independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
- Good command of
written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS
Office Word Processing, especially in MS Excel

- 確保團隊成員能按既定的標準，進行每日的開店及關店程序。提供足夠的培訓，確保每周的記事清單必需完成。
- 確保酒吧的所有出品能達到公司的標準
- 協助營運經理每週進行清點和管理庫存工作
- 確保日常發票和轉帳記錄無誤
- 確保每週庫存充足，並確保酒吧的基本存貨量運作正常
- 確保工作環境能通過內部獨立部門和政府機構的季度審查，及所有的衛生和安全水準達標
- 洞悉潮流趨勢，培訓團隊達到五星級水準
職位要求
- 具備相關的餐飲業文憑或同等學歷
- 至少擁有3年酒吧運營和庫存管理方面的經驗
- 優秀領導能力，具團隊精神及性格外向
- 具備優秀的溝通和客戶服務技能
- 能夠在壓力下完成多項任務
- 良好的英語、粵語和普通話的書寫和口語能力
