To
guarantee operative day to day functioning of the store, achieve the sales
targets, contribution objectives and efficient use of the resources, ensure
correct management maintaining motivated staff to assure customer satisfaction
at all times.
· Merchandise and stock control assure correct communication on
customer request in conjunction with Retail Management & Merchandising team,
communicate market trends needs on merchandise category to allow achievement of
merchandise category sale goals.
· Responsible for weekly and monthly feedback to retail
management
and merchandising team in reference to market trends as well as
market competitors information including pricing, merchandise strategies.
· Incorporate and develop local CRM, through constant follow up
and activities to increase a qualitative Moncler customer data base.
· Responsible for the store development including constant
improvement of the quality of service, identifying potential for the store opportunities
and its growth, competitors activities in the local area, strategies and plans.
· Ambassador for the brand being responsible for the stores
internal and external relations within its competitive environment.
· Optimize store contribution at the definition of Budget in terms
of sales and Headcount of store to monitor and keep cost and expenses under
control.
· Responsible for the overall store appearance, the maintenance of
the visual merchandising standards and maintenance of the overall standards in
terms of technical maintenance, cleanness, staff personal appearance.
· Responsible for the store compliance with company's accounting
inventory control and loss and prevention policy and in house procedures.
· Responsible for the store staff organization for their
professional standards and to work in conjunction with the Retail
Management and
HR department to handle store level HR issues i.e staff grievances,
yearly performance reviews, career planning, training
recommendations or needs coaching activities.
· Identify profiles matching Moncler standards and motivating the
sales team according to the brand strategy acting as their mentor
· Health, safety and security regulations, assure ongoing control
of store security, compliance with procedures.
· Guarantee the general Moncler
climate of the store environment through proper focus on internal communication
and team building to maximize the cooperation and commitment.
Skills & Knowledge
