Customer Services Assistant
Responsibilities:
Ø Provide customer services, enquire and handle
complaints.
Requirements:
Ø Degree holder or above with 1 year’s customer
service experience;
Relevant experience in Club House and Customer Services is preferable;
Ø Good in spoken English and Chinese (include
Putonghua) is essential;
Ø Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Chinese Word
Processing is an asset;
Ø Pleasant, helpful and possess good customer
service & interpersonal skills.
