We are now seeking talent to fill up the position for our Macau Site at Coati :-
Primary purpose
1. The Foreman will be responsible for supervision of site and installation progress.
2. To supervise site workers and arrange daily operational task.
3. To report any site problems to the Site Manager and the company on daily/weekly basis
Position requires full-time attendance at Cotai, Macau SAR worksite, operating on a six-day working week. Local Macau citizen preferable, however alternative arrangements can be considered for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities :
▪To coordinate and communicate with all parties including workers, subcontractors and site personnel;
▪To follow-up and keep track site installation progress to ensure work completion on schedule in quality output;
▪To update site installation progress and tackle on-site problems by submitting daily/weekly reports to Site Manager;
▪To assist Site Manager on solving operational and technical issues;
▪To arrange daily work schedule for site workers;
▪To ensure all site works running properly under safety occupational regulation and all workers comply on safety guideline;
▪To attend all relevant site and project meetings if required.
Professional Qualifications :
▪Higher Certificate or above in Construction, engineering or related disciplines;
▪Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site-based construction role, with preference shown to installation of theme park, show attractions, hospitality, and hotels, etc;
▪Holder of safety certificate will be preferable
Skills & Attributes :
▪Strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal and communication skills;
▪Good understanding of the construction processes, including specific processes relating to theming works;
▪Good knowledge and working capability of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCAD etc;
▪Ability to deal with industrial relations issues to achieve outcomes in line with company objectives;
▪Team player and good leadership skill
▪Excellent spoken in Cantonese and proficient in English, both in verbal and written;
