We are now seeking talent to fill up the position for our Macau Site at Coati :-
PRIMARY PURPOSE
1. To manage site activities to achieve the project objectives in terms of safety, time, cost and quality and to build/maintain positive relationships with SCL’s project team, contractors, consultants, etc.
2. To assist Site Superintendent on monitoring site progress, resources and workmanship to comply with high quality, safety and environmental standard
Position requires full-time attendance at Cotai, Macau SAR worksite, operating on a six-day working week. Local Macaucitizen preferable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
▪Supervise, monitor and control the site installation of all works under SCL’s scope of works;
▪Identify potential hazards during installation process and to implement prevention measures in order to minimize allaccidents, incidents and injuries;
▪Ensure the Occupational Health & Safety performance of the project according to the Project Safety Management Plan,maintaining a safe work environment by preparing safety documentation, attending safety meetings, consulting withworkforce, carrying out safety audits, toolbox talks, etc.;
▪Conduct incident/accident investigations should an incident occur;
▪Participate regular meetings with project teams, consultants and client;
▪Regularly update on installation progress with Site Manager, Project Director and other project participants and to ensure all installation activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements;
▪Perform site inspections and solve technical problems with support of the project design and management teams;
▪Directly manage site personnel, including other managers/supervisors, internal and external labour sources;
▪Liaise and coordinate with other contractors, sub-contractors and other supervisors/workers to ensure the smoothness ofdaily operations and achievement of the highest quality outcomes;
▪Compile daily site records including site diaries and weekly reports for review by the wider team;
▪Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Site Manager and his superior.
Professional Qualifications:
▪Diploma or above in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or other related course preferred, but not essential.
▪Holder of Safety certificate or solid experience in Occupational Safety and Health is preferred;
▪Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site-based construction role, with preference shown to installation of theme park,show attractions, hospitality, and hotels, etc.

▪Good understanding of the construction processes, including specific processes relating to theming works;
▪Ability to deal with industrial relations issues to achieve outcomes in line with company objectives;
▪A team player with strong sense of responsibility and good leadership skill & communication skills;
▪Communicate and work with people at all levels of the organization, and of different cultures;
▪Possess strong interpersonal and personal skills including: flexibility, and an ability to adapt to constant change;
▪Good knowledge and working capability of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
▪Excellent spoken in Cantonese and proficient in English, both in verbal and written;
