職位要求:
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Chef for handling and preparing Japanese food
• Maintain the daily operations of cooking area (Food Preparation, cooking and packaging)
• Promote product and provide excellent customer services.
• Ensure the cooking area is complies with the Company’s standards , policies and procedures
• Have basic Knowledge and complies with the Company’s standards on food portioning, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen recipes, policies and procedures
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• No work experience is required, with experience working in a Japanese restaurant in a similar role is preferred
• Macau ID Holder only
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• Strong passions for developing the career in Japanese cuisine
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Able to speak in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as “Chef”
• Shift duty is required

• 其他由部門經理或主管安排之工作
入職要求:
• 無須工作經驗，如有日本餐廳有相關廚師的工作經驗優先
• 持有澳門居民身份證
• 有責任心, 有團隊合作精神
• 有意於日本料理方向發展
• 積極主動，良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
• 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話
• 經驗豐富者將被考慮聘用為「廚師」
• 可接受輪班工作
