Founded in 2010, is a boutique design research-based studio based in Macau providing architecture and interior design services. JWCC is composed of designer of multi-cultural background with the common vision to deliver architectural and interior design excellence through research, innovation and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Well written and spoken Chinese and English
• Efficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project

職位資格要求：

• 良好中、英文書寫與會話程度；
• 熟悉操控下列軟件：Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Microsoft Project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily documents, schedule and follow-up items.  
• Project coordination and execution follow-up (communication/ gather information)  
• Answering Phone calls, distribution & arrangement of internal.external meetings, emails and appointments
• Support with Meeting Agenda, Meeting minuets, filings and document control
• Minor assistant to Principal’s personal matters; e.g. Bookings, other association documents and follow-up.
• To maintain Staff and Company CV’s

主要職責：

• 日常文件，時間表和一般後續跟進。
• 項目協調和執行後續（交流/收集信息）
• 接聽電話，協調內部和外部會議，電子郵件和約會的分發和安排
• 草擬及處理會議議程，會議記錄，文件和文件控制
• 協助管理層個人事務, 例如預訂，其他協會文件和後續跟進。

• Ability to produce minuets, documents and execute instructed tasks
