Job Descriptions工作範疇/職責 :
1) Responsible for goods receiving, invoice & document handling at the store back of house (BOH).
負責於店內後勤收貨、處理發票單據和有關文件
2) Put away all received stock & make sure they are maintained by appropriate temperature control.
整齊存放所有貨物,並確保貨物在適當的溫度下儲存
3) Consolidate purchase request & liaise with HK warehouse staff for shipment arrangement / document handling of the required stock.
收集整合採購申請,並聯繫香港倉庫同事,以安排所需貨物的運送安排及文件處理
4) Closely work with front line staff for stock replenishment to shelf for selling.
與前線員工緊密合作,及時補給貨架上的銷售貨品
5) Follow up the delivery & invoice handling of Macau local suppliers for direct delivery to store.
跟進澳門本地供應商的貨物派遞和發票文件處理,以確保貨物直接送遞至店舖
6) Ensure security measures are observed to make sure the BOH stock are safely maintained.
遵守保安措施,以確保店舖後勤的貨物得以在安全的情況下存放
7) Perform periodic stock take of the BOH.
定期進行後勤貨倉盤點
8) Produce reports & any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
制作報告及執行由經理委派的臨時工作
Requirements工作要求 :
1) Tertiary education with 3 years’ solid experience in shipping & logistics management.
大專及以上學歷,及擁有3年運輸和物流管理經驗
2) Well-versed on handling import/export documents in accordance with import/export practices.
按照出入口管制措施處理相關文件
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel functionality is a must.
須熟用微軟軟件例如Excel
4) Good team player, detail-minded with high integrity.
有良好的團隊合作精神,注重細節,及有誠信
5) Willing to work overtime as required.
願意按工作要求加班
