Responsibilities:

-                      To assist in daily operation of the workshop and reception in Porsche Centre Macau

-                      To make recommendations to customers on repair service

-                      To handle customer enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

-                      Form 5 or above

-                      At least 2 years experience in automotive after sales service

-                      Intensive knowledge of frontline and automotive workshop operation

-                      Experience in German vehicles is an advantage

-                      Technical knowledge of vehicle is preferred

-                      Holder of valid driving license is a must

-                      Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-                      Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

-                      Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
