To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Administration Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare correspondence and monthly management reports independently
• Place order from suppliers for office stationery, cleaning products, office fixtures etc.
• Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with service providers on order processing
• Assist in arrangement for office equipment and facilities maintenance
• Cooperate with team members to complete the task effectively
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 5 years' solid administrative experience
• Mature and proactive with good communication
• Be pleasant, self-motivated, responsible, reliable and systematic 
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

**Candidate with less experience can be considered for a lower position
