To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

System Support 

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to supervisors of IT/MIS department
• Perform hotline phone and users support, and duties assigned by supervisors
• Provide daily technical support on hardware, software, programming and POS system to end users
• Provide operation report and performance monitoring

      REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of IT
• Good knowledge of Windows,
• Knowledge of Network and MS SQL is an advantage
• Able to work as a team player and independently
• Self-motivated, creative and with excellent communication skills
