工作职责:

协助店长完成店铺运营管理、客户管理、商品管理、财务管理工作;
2.
协助店长制定本店铺销售计划,进行销售任务分配,确保销售目标的达成;
3.
负责店铺员工日常工作流程、工艺技巧及销售技能培训;
4.
负责对外公共关系处理;
5.
完成个人销售任务。
任职资格:
1.
高中以上学历;
2.
具备8年以上奢侈品行业销售工作经验,其中4年以上管理岗位(助理店长、主管)工作经验;
3.
具备优秀的沟通协调能力、组织计划能力、团队管理能力;
4.
为人正直,亲和力强,具有较强的服务意识;
5.
普通话、粤语、英文可作为工作语言。

Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for routine
store administration duties including cashiering, inventory control, personnel,
housekeeping and general administration of assigned stores.
2.Monitor the daily sales
performance, prepare daily and monthly analysis on business trends and needs.
3.Provide on job coaching to
ensure all staff are able to meet and staff performance review.
4.Act as a communication
channel between store and Venetian, maintain the public relations of the
department store.
5.Properly handle guest
complaints and improve customer service satisfaction.
Requirements
1.Diploma holder or above.
2.Minimum 8 years experience
in Clothing or luxury retail industry, at least 4 years at supervisory level.
3.Excellent in planning,
organizing and implementation.
4.Honest, self-motivated,
passionate, proactive & service oriented.
5.Fluently in English, Cantonese
and Mandarin.
