Job description
Our Client is Las Vegas style luxury
hotel in Macau.
- Responsible for the efficient and
responsive operations of the Public Area Department
- Leads the planning, execution and monitoring of cleanliness
and maintenance programs in the resort’s public areas
- Regularly inspects the public areas and is visible and
engaged with cleaners and supervisors
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of
10 years’ experience in a large hotel / resort
environment with 5 years at a managerial level
- Excellent communicator and mentor
who is able to train, motivate and evaluate staff performance and make
recommendations for hiring and staff movements
- Thorough knowledge of general
cleaning activities, including the operation, application and effective use of
relevant equipment, cleaning tools and detergents
- Knowledge of carpet and hard floor
care and equipment operation
