Duties:

• Prepare accounting schedule、reconciliations、expenses analysis reports
• Responsible for all A/R and A/P related matters including voucher preparation、invoices and data entries
• Prepare and follow up of financial reports and statements and assist in annual financial audits
• Resolving billing and invoice queries and assist in customer support and services
• Support team in general and especially on financial and accounting aspects

Preferred Skills / Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting software
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
