Responsibilities

• Manage regional systems support team.
• Manage installations and upgrades of systems products.
• Improve and maintain customer satisfaction of support services.
• Manage pre and post sales technical support.
• Manage customer technical training.
• Manage internal IT support.

 Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in computer systems or business applications support, troubleshooting and analyzing problems.
• 5+ Years Customer Support experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years managerial/supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent people management skills and leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Background in IT or related industry.
• Understanding of casino operations is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
