l University degree in computer engineering or related disciplines preferred;
l Qualifications of CCNA, MCSE, or other system platforms related certifications preferred;
l 3 years of working experience in IT technical support; CCTV or PABX experience is a plus;
l Team player with can-do work ethnic;
l Good written and oral communication in both English and Chinese;
l Willing to work over-time and on shift duty.
Job Responsibilities:
l Ensure uptime and maintain the security of the company IT infrastructure
l Provide technical supports to business end users
l Participate in IT end-point related project planning and rollout;
l Adherent to change control and incident management procedures.
