People Management:

ensure that they have exceptional brand and product awareness

responsible to develop and implement strategy in order to maximize product
performance with the leverage of visual merchandizing, clientelling
training and team animation
•Ensure
product integrity through strict adherence to Loewe guideline
VM:
•Ensure
the team to maintain the visual display of the products in accordance with VM
and Loewe guideline
•Ensure
store functional maintenance and appropriate level of products on the sales
floor, in line with Company policy, procedure and business need
Store and Back Office:
•Proficient
and accurate use of POS
•Participate
in all inventory, cycle counts and merchandize reception
•Ensure
store functional maintenance
•Respect
stockroom guideline
•Enforce
compliance with policies and procedures
Manage
all safety and security issue in accordance with brand procedures
