In Macau, we are operating two major department stores namely The Atrium and Temptation in Shoppes At Venetian & Parisian respectively.    We are selling various product categories such as Perfumes and Cosmetics, Watches and Eyewear, Electronics, Fashion & etc.

To reinforce our team, we are looking for

STORE SUPERVISOR (Ref: SS)

Accountabilities

• Responsible for managing shops within an operation, consistent with short and long term interests of the company,  employees and customers as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service delivered;

   

• Ensure daily sales are being tracked with analyses and corrective actions if required;

• Monitor Company policies & procedures have been communicated to staff and being observed at all times;

• Review weekly list of replenishment and coordinate actions to minimize risk of out of stock, expired items & etc.;

   

• Coordinate with Marketing regarding implementation of store promotion and POS materials;

• Coordinate with HR for hiring people who are passionate about our products, company philosophy & etc.

• Accountable for identifying and ensuring proper training for staff is being implemented;

• Responsible for motivating and developing staff to ensure a dedicated store team in high morale.

   

   

  Requirements

• Diploma/Degree  holder in business or relevant discipline;

   

• Solid work experience in retail sales and operation management preferably with dynamic exposure especially in perfume & cosmetics product;

• Strong business acumen, result-oriented in generating sales and operational profits;

• Positive with effective people management and leadership skills are essential;

   

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

   

• Familiar with MS Excel and PC operations
