職位要求:

Responsibilities: Lead the sales team in the store to operate efficiently towards the sales target Manage the daily operations as well as formulate & implement the sales strategies Contribute and implement all in-store marketing & promotion activities to enhance the brand’s awareness in line with the corporate strategy Provide training to the sales team Requirements: Tertiary education At least 8 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years’ managerial level in luxury product industry Strong leadership, people management skills and team building technique Be aggressive to achieve the sales target and evaluate the shop operation efficiency Proactive, aggressive, service oriented, team player Good command of spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese Computer literacy Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
