Job requirement:

• Lead a multi-discipline team which is responsible for design and installations, interfacing with relevant parties, testing and commissioning, coordinating with other E&M contractors and client’s representatives
• Lead and manage a project team in the planning and implementation of work
• Review design submissions, method statements, risk management plan, resources plan, tender proposals, safety and health plan
• Prepare budget and forecast, and control costs to achieve targeted profit
• Manage detailed site supervision to ensure compliance with contract specifications and other regulatory requirements
• Provide timely projects status updates to the management
• Teritary education
• Better with related manufacturer certificate
• 5 years in related field
• Auto CAD, Microsoft office
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• 5 working days
