Are you an outstanding supervisor/department  with solid experience working in fashion retail in Macau? One of the most world-known luxury Fashion Brand is looking for an energetic, outgoing and driven Supervisor or Department Manager for their new stores HC:10-15.

You will be responsible for one of the busiest shop in Macau. Your role will involve in managing and archive KPI in line with store profit and loss, reporting, work closely with the boutique manager and the buying team to provide effective feedback, ensuring the popular selling lines are replenished on time.

We are looking for supervisor/department manager with at least 3 years of management experience in Macau, a must from fashion retail background. The ideal person for this role would be someone with lots of enthusiasm and has the ability to cope well under pressure and be reactive to change. Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and to provide management cover for all areas within the store i.e. RTW, leather goods and accessories
• Ensure that the position of stock, in the store is designed to minimise theft by customers or staff and that the company procedures on security in relation to theft are adhered to.
• Training, coaching and motivating the staffs.

Requirements:

• 3 years or above retail experience in fashion retail, luxury retail is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
• Demonstrate strong leadership and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to adapt to fast pace and fast changing working environment
